The West Midlands Apprenticeship Ambassador Network is a group of employers that are passionate about apprenticeships and want to promote apprenticeships to bridge the skills gap. The network engages in a range of activities and events that promote and demonstrate how apprenticeships enable progression opportunities to both apprentices and employers.

Apprentice Ambassadors

The Apprentice Ambassador Network is a group of past and current apprentices that are members of the AAN in their area.

The role of the ambassador is to promote apprenticeships and inspire other young people by describing their direct experience. We need apprentices and ex apprentices to join their local networks to help to inspire and engage young people to consider an apprenticeship as a positive choice.
