Meet the Members - Paul Fellows


I've worked within the hospitality sector for over 25 years and food has been a life-long passion, from joining Marston's as a second chef, quickly progressing to head chef and for the last ten years as a chef trainer for the 180-year-old brewing, pub and hotel business!


As a master of my craft, with a passion for developing people, I've spent the last 10 years passing on my skills and knowledge to future up and coming chef's, as a Senior Kitchen Skills Trainer; over sixty new build and major refurbished pubs have benefited from my expertise, guidance and support.


With the apprenticeship reforms and the introduction of new standards, apprenticeships now form a critical part of Marston's early talent strategy. My priorities are to raise awareness of the opportunities available in hospitality and how chef careers are happening every day!
