Alistair Head

Maintenance Engineer, Ramsey Rubber & Plastics Ltd

Alistair completed a Level 4 Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship at Hadley Group, where he developed his skills in tool making and also gained milling and lathe machining experience. In April 2019 Alistair decided to look to broaden his skills further and took on the role of Maintenance Engineer at his current employer Ramsay Rubber, a foam and rubber converting company based in Wolverhampton. Alistair has been an advocate for apprenticeships for over 5 years and took on the role of Chair for the WMYAAN in May 2018, promoting apprenticeships to the next generation.
